CLASSIC PROFITEROLE CAKE WITH STRAWBERRIES

Available to order with or without strawberries.

Our Profiterole Cake is made up of small profiteroles filled with your choice of up to 2 flavours (vanilla, chocolate and fresh cream) in a dome shape. The profiteroles are lightly coated in chocolate fresh cream and finished with chocolate pieces and chocolate dipped strawberries.

The profiteroles can also be filled with different flavours (for an additional charge):

• Ricotta
• Hazelnut
• Coffee
• Chantilly Cream
• Pistachio
• Ferrero Rocher
• Zuppa Inglese

MILLEFOGLIE CAKE

Our Millefoglie Cake is made with layers of puff pastry, vanilla custard and a layer of sponge with Strega liqueur. Finished with fresh cream, fruit and chocolate decoration, you may choose to have crushed almonds, chocolate shavings or 100’s and 1,000’s on the sides.

Our Gelato cakes are made with your choice of 1 or 2 flavours of gelato and a sponge or biscuit base. Gelato cakes can be finished one of two ways:

Fresh cream & fresh fruit decoration (like a Continental Cake), with your choice of crushed almonds, chocolate shavings or 100s and 1000s on the sides.
or
Chocolate ganache with fruit and chocolate decoration.

Our croquembouche tower is made from small profiteroles filled with your choice of up 2 flavours (vanilla, chocolate or fresh cream), dipped in toffee and constructed into a tower. Finished with a nest of toffee spun around the tower.

When serving the croquembouche as a dessert we recommend 2 profiteroles per person.
