Salvatore Papa first visited Australia in 1987. During his time in Sydney, he noticed that there was an absence of traditional Italian inspired flavours, in the foods served at local cafes and restaurants.

 This became the backbone which inspired Salvatore to return to Sydney and share childhood homemade recipes, instantly resonating with the locals. Word quickly spread and the rest is history… Pasticceria Papa was born.
