Papa’s croquembouche tower is made from small profiteroles filled with your choice of up 2 flavours (vanilla, chocolate or fresh cream), dipped in toffee and constructed into a tower. Finished with a nest of toffee spun around the tower.
This cake can also be finished with strawberry and chocolate decoration at the base, or different flavoured profiteroles for an additional charge:
