Croquembouche Tower

Papa’s croquembouche tower is made from small profiteroles filled with your choice of up 2 flavours (vanilla, chocolate or fresh cream), dipped in toffee and constructed into a tower.

This cake can also be finished with strawberry and chocolate decoration at the base, or different flavoured profiteroles for an additional charge:

Standard Sizes
Minimum 20 profiteroles
Maximum 100 profiteroles

When serving the croquembouche as a dessert we recommend 2 profiteroles per person.
