Speciality CakePapa’s Gelato cakes are made with your choice of one or two flavours of gelato and a sponge or biscuit base. The cake is finished with chocolate ganache, fruit and chocolate decoration.
Unless specified, all gelato cakes will be decorated at the chef’s discretion based on flavours chosen.
